My Mission

My mission is to coach young hoopers on the process I used to become a professional. For years, it was my dream to play overseas basketball. I spent countless hours diving deep into how to improve my on-court performance. I landed on some extremely effective workout routines, but eventually realized the missing link in my progress was training my mind. This realization led me on a personal growth journey that changed my life forever, with basketball as the conduit. I spent countless hours researching how to build mental toughness, confidence, and discipline. I know the strategies I used will help you, and that's why I want to coach you through them. I believe the best elevate everyone around them, and this is my way of making that happen. After doing this program I:

  • Increased scoring average went from 3.9 PPG to 17.8 PPG

  • Increased my minutes per game by 20

  • Increased my three point percentage from 33% to 43%

  • Scored over 1500 points in three years

  • Became a two year captain of my college team

You can get these results too.

Robert DiSibio

Pro Overseas Basketball Player

As a Division 3 All-Star, First Team All-Region player, and with over 1,700 career points at the college level, I have consistently demonstrated my skill, determination, and leadership. Currently, I play basketball professionally overseas in Italy, where I continue to refine my craft and compete at the highest level. In addition, I have earned a bachelor's degree in cognitive and behavioral science from Washington and Lee University, a top 20 liberal arts college in the US. In addition, I have three years of working experience in the NBA. My journey has equipped me with deep insights into what it takes to succeed in basketball. I understand the importance of not only mastering physical skills but also developing the mental toughness, work ethic, and strategic thinking required to excel. One of my favorite personal development coaches Ed Mylett says, "In life we are most qualified to help the person we used to be." My purpose for doing this is so that  I can be the role model I wish I had when beginning my basketball journey.
