Week by Week Breakdown

Week 1

Eliminating Overthinking

In week 1, the focus is on reducing mental clutter while on the basketball court. By minimizing distractions, you create a mental space that allows you to fully engage with the game. Week 2

Playing Without Fear

In week 2, our focus will be on eliminating false fears on the court. Remember, fear is the mind killer, and overcoming it is essential for your performance. Loving the Game

In week 7, we are all about loving the game. You will learn to play basketball for the pure joy it brings, not external validation. Chasing approval from others only holds us back from reaching our true potential the court. Greatness is born from a deep passion for the game, and that’s where we find our true fulfillment.
